Value Seperator

A simple app, which separates a photo to three different layers by it's colour value (or darkness). Made it as I'm learning painting, where values are important and I can't seem to find any tool like this anywhere.

I wanted to make this a web tool, but getting files from your computer in a web app is beyond what I'm willing to for a simple weekend project like this.
